California-based real estate group Troon Pacific has completed “Residence 2646” a US$34m (€30.1m, £26.7m) wellness-orientated mansion in San Francisco.

Conceived by the company’s in-house design team, the five-storey home boasts a fitness studio, bar, massage room, spa, sauna, and six bedrooms.

The California Modern-style new build also has a range of high-tech features, including an elevator and Tesla Power Charging Wall.

Additionally, Residence 2646, which is located in the suburban Cow’s Hollow neighbourhood, is equipped with a Savant Smart Home automation network and a specially engineered filtration system that refreshes the building’s air every two hours.

“We integrate conservation of natural resources and wellness into our design, and consider each home as an interconnected and comprehensive system designed for optimal living, one that evolves with experience,” said Troon Pacific in a website description.

Speaking on the project, Gregory Malin, CEO and co-founder of the company, explained: “At Troon Pacific, we’re passionate about building in new and environmentally friendly ways.

"We achieved this at Residence 2646 by using advanced air filtration systems and by mitigating the use of 'red-list' chemicals in the building materials and finishes."
