Roman bath houses inspire Blainey North's opulent Crown Spa in Perth
A major new spa designed by Blainey North has opened in Crown Towers Perth, Australia.
Crown Spa boasts 13 opulent, aqua-hued treatment rooms, vitality pools tiled in gold and platinum, spa tables designed by Gharieni, marble showers and curtained relaxation zones.
Reminiscent of traditional Roman bath houses, North drew inspiration from the refraction of light underwater when looking up towards the sun, to create an oasis and provide a relaxing retreat.
“With its sumptuous, architecturally designed surrounds, industry leading practitioners, and luxurious treatments, Crown Spa Perth is set to be the next leading spa destination,” said Crown Spas director, Emma McGrady.
Alongside the multi-tiered pool area, designed by Hassell Landscaping and featuring a secluded poolside area with cabanas and a cocktail bar surrounding a circular infinity pool, guests can choose from a variety of treatment room experiences including the Indulgence Suite for couples, an aroma steam room, a Roman hot tub, sauna, private relaxation areas and state-of-the-art fitness centre.
Crown Towers Perth is the largest hotel complex in the city, with 1,200 bedrooms.
