It will have the fastest elevators in the world, reaching speeds of 20 metres per second.
Recreational facilities in the hotel include the Sense spa, which comprises eight treatment rooms, a health club and an indoor pool.

On the 107th floor, there will be a sky bar with a cigar humidor area and fully equipped wine corner and cellar. This bar will be the highest-situated bar in mainland China.
New York-based architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates was consulted on the project. Toronto-based Yabu Pushelberg designed the guestrooms, meeting spaces, restaurants and public areas while Super Potato from Tokyo designed the Chinese restaurant and bar. Hong Kong’s Perception directed the design of the Rosewood Residences and P Landscape from Bangkok created the arrival courtyard and multiple terraces.
