– John Davison, Four Seasons’ president and CEO
Four Seasons has announced it will open a property at the World Trade Center in New Orleans in late 2020 that will offer panoramic views of both the city and the Mississippi River.
Owned by Two Canal Owner and developed by Carpenter and Company and Woodward Interests, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans will be situated in the downtown area of the city.
The 341-room hotel will feature a spa, four dining experiences, retail spaces, a rooftop pool, meeting spaces and events facilities, while a total of 92 private residences will accompany it in occupying the top floors of the building.
According to Four Seasons, both public and private spaces will be filled with natural light and most will feature views of the adjacent Mississippi.
"Launching a property in New Orleans has been a priority for us for many years. We’ve been waiting for the right opportunity to make our debut in this dynamic city," said John Davison, Four Seasons’ president and CEO.
"We’re in a strong position to enter the market in New Orleans. The new Hotel and Private Residences will be a truly standout development in the city, and in our global portfolio."
